CHANGING FLUORESCENT LAMP

Two of the fluorescent lamps in the library were spoilt and I went and made a report to our technician, Encik Shukri yesterday.  This afternoon, he came and replaced both the lamps.  Thank you to Encik Shukri for the quick response to my complaint.
