SENAMROBIK: 1MURID 1SUKAN 1MALAYSIA 2012

This morning, the students, staff and lecturers took part in the Senamrobik: 1Murid, 1Sukan, 1Malaysia.  The event which took place in the college field started at 8.00 a.m. and ended at 8.35 a.m.  It was simultaneously carried out in schools and colleges throughout Malaysia.  The fitness instructor who instructed us was Ms Shila
