This was D-Day for the 5S Audit in our college. The inspector who came was Encik Hisham who first listened to a presentation about the school's 5S Implementation from Cikgu Zulkafli. After that he inspected the files to ascertain if the documentation is up to mark. After that he was taken on a visit to several places in the college, including the office, the library, the Science lab, the lecturer's staff room, the Examination Room, the hostel and the surau.
At the end of the inspection, it was time to announce the results of Encik Hisham's inspection. All the lecturers and staff were gathered in the conference to hear the report given and also the results.
I am glad to announce that we have been awarded the 5S Certification. Yahoo! Congratulations everyone.
