The 5S Auditor came to KVSM for the audit on 17 April 2012. The following day, there was a special assembly to officially announce the results to the students, the staff and lecturers. The honour of sharing the good news with everyone went to the Deputy Director of the college, Ustaz Mohd. Lotpi bin Razali.
