The lecturers, staff and I in the college are busy implementing the 5S system in our work place. For those who don't know, 5S stands for Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain. 
In the above pictures you can see me with all the stuff that I took out from my drawers. I sorted out the stuff that I wanted and either threw away the spoilt ones or stored them elsewhere. I'd later arrange them again in the drawers according to categories like stationery and notes. After that, I'd label the drawers so that the items can be easily located. So, I would have done 2 out of the 5S.
